Common Vegetables

I wouldn't exactly describe the Jerusalem artichoke as a common vegetable.

If I'd been setting this question, and someone had said "What about the Jerusalem artichoke?", I'd have been tempted to ask "Name a common vegetable (more common for example than the Jerusalem artichoke) that has all five vowels in its name."

Or you could ask which common vegetable has each of the five vowels once and only once.
